H. Dewey, Jr , Justice of Peace, Precinct 4, Place 1, and Jesse Stanfield, Constable, Precinct 4, who attended the Constables and Justices of Peace Conference hold in Beaumont. There was next presented to the Court a request from Mr John Godfrey, Probation Officer, representing his department and also Judge John M Barron, Judge of the Juvenile Court, for payment on the funeral expenses of William Carle Mangan, a minor child, ward of tR b, Juvenile Court, who had been buried by Hillier Funeral Home.
