duly and legally made and that each of the candidates in said election received the following

IT IS, THEREFORE, FOUND, DECLARED AND SO ORDERED by the Commissioners' Court of
Brazos County, Texas, that at said election the following candidates were duly aleetedto the
County Board of School Trustees of said County, subject to their taking their oaths, to-wit

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, convened
f in special session at a special term of said Court at the County
Courthouse in Bryan, Texas, on the 18th day of April, 1966, with
the following members and the County Clerk present, to-wit.
W C Davis County Judge
Raymond A Nolan Commissioner of Prec. 1
George Dunn Commissioner of Preo 2
C J Porterfield Commissioner of Prec. 3
W A. Stasny Commissioner of Prec. 4
A B Syptak County Clerk
and the following member(s) absent, to-wit ,
when, among other business, the following was transacted
Commissioner introduced an order and made
a motion that the same be adopted. The order was read in full.
Commissioner seconded the motion for adoption of
' the order The motion, carrying with it the adoption of the order,
prevailed by the following vote
AYES Commissioners Nolan, Dunn, Porterfield and
f Stasny
4 ' NOES None
The County Judge thereupon announced that the order had
