On motion made, duly seconded, and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to accept the bid of Brown- Fogle Eqdipment Co for $12,590.00. The County Judge reported to the Commissioners that, pursuant to their authorization to borrow the money to pay for the above equipment out of the operating budgets of Precincts 2 and 3 on the best terms available, the County Judge recommended that the sum of $33,000 be borrowed from The First Bank and Trust of Bryan, Texas. On motion made, seconded, and unanimously passed, IT IS ORDERED that the Court approve the issuance of a $33,000 00 time Warrant for the purpose of paying for certain road machinery purchased for the use of Pre- cincta Nos. Two and Three ($16,500 00 to be for the use of each of such Precincts). W.
