SPECIAL MEETING - OCTOBER 15, 1964 A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County was held in the Courthouse at Bryan, Texas, on October 15, 1964, with the following present: W. C. Davis, County Judge, presiding; ' c Raymond A Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct 1, George Dunn, Commissioner of Precinct 2, " r Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct 3, W. A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct 4, and A, B, Syptak, County Clerk The purpose of the meethg was to appoint Election Judges for the November General Election to succeed those who had resigned, died, and moved out of the Precinct in which they r' were appointed to serve On motion made, seconded, and unanimously passed, the following appointments were made In Voting Precinct 11, E. C. Moehlman was appointed as Election Judge to succeed Clifton (Peel) Griffin, deceased In Precinct 13, Mr John Stockton was appointed an Associate Judge to succeed Mrs H. E. Connor, who had resigned. In Voting Precinct 19, Otha ` Byrd was appointed an Associate Judge to succeed Harmon MacWilliams, who had moved his residence out of Voting Precinct 19 boundaries. On motion made, seconded, and unanimously passed, the Court voted to open the polling e: places at the November 3rd General Election at eight o'clock A, M,,instead,gf sever; o'clock A. M. all as authorized by statute.
