M on Monday, June 8, 1964, with the following present W. C. Davis, County Judge, presiding, Raymond Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct 1; George Dunn, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct 3; W. A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct 4, and A. B. Syptak, County Clerk The Court redeived, approved, and ordered filed; as submitted, the following reports B. V. Elkins, Welfare Officer, for month of May, 1964; - B. V. Elkins, Veterans Service Office, for month of May, 1964, ' William T Sistrunk, County Agent, for month of May, 1964, C. O. Wheeler, Jr., Assista-it County Agent, for month of May, 1964, Miss Zmily Ritter, Home Demonstration Agent, for month of May, 1964, Mrs Fannie J. Taylor, Associate County Home Demonstration Agent, for month of Ma ,1964; Garland McIlveen, Jr , Associate County Agricultural Agent, for month of May, 19641 Bryan- Brazos County Health Department, for month of May, 1964. The Court received, considered, and approved the following reports from County and Precinct Officers showing official fees of office collected and remitted to the County Treasm according to duplicate copies of Treasurer's official receipts attached thereto: W. Adams On motion duly seconded and unanimously passed, the Court voted to approve all reports and to pay all bills which have been properly filed and approved.
