HEFTING - JUNE 8, 1964
A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, was held in the
Commissioners' Court room in the Courthouse at Bryan, Texas, beginning at 10.00 A. M on
Monday, June 8, 1964, with the following present
W. C. Davis, County Judge, presiding,
Raymond Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
George Dunn, Commissioner of Precinct 2,
Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
W. A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct 4, and
A. B. Syptak, County Clerk
The Court redeived, approved, and ordered filed; as submitted, the following reports
B. V. Elkins, Welfare Officer, for month of May, 1964; -
B. V. Elkins, Veterans Service Office, for month of May, 1964, '
William T Sistrunk, County Agent, for month of May, 1964,
C. O. Wheeler, Jr., Assista-it County Agent, for month of May, 1964,
Miss Zmily Ritter, Home Demonstration Agent, for month of May, 1964,
Mrs Fannie J. Taylor, Associate County Home Demonstration Agent, for month of Ma ,1964;
Garland McIlveen, Jr , Associate County Agricultural Agent, for month of May, 19641
Bryan- Brazos County Health Department, for month of May, 1964.
The Court received, considered, and approved the following reports from County and
Precinct Officers showing official fees of office collected and remitted to the County Treasm
according to duplicate copies of Treasurer's official receipts attached thereto:

On motion duly seconded and unanimously passed, the Court voted to approve Rtblic
Weigher bond of Homer B. Adams
On motion duly seconded and unanimously passed, the Court voted to approve all reports
and to pay all bills which have been properly filed and approved.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
The foregoing Minutes, beginning and concluded on Page 444, were examined and approved
in on the 13th day of July, 1966
