On motion duly seconded and unanimously
adopted, the Court voted to pay all
bills which have been properly filed and approved.

A special meeting of the Uommissioners 6ourt of Brazos County, Texas, was held
in the Commissioners Courtroom in the courthouse at Bryan, Bexas, beginning at 9300 o'clock
A. M., on Thursday, February 15, 1962, with the following present.
V. C. Davis, County Judge, Presiding,
Raymond A. Nolan, Lommissioner of Precinct 1, and
W. A. Staany, Commissioner of Precinct 4.
Commissioner Stasny laid before the Court the following bide from the
Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company and the Br9wn-Fogle Equipment 3,ompany:

After discussion and uppn motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the
Court voted to aoceptzthe Alternate Bid No. 1 of the Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company
of Houston, Texas, and purchase the Caterpillar #955H Series H Traxcavator for the sum
of $19,993.43, and to trade-in the old HD6G Model for $6,650.00, leaving a balance on the
purchase price of $13,343.43, said vehicle to be used by Precinct 4.
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to purchase
from Corbusier Chevrolet Company of Bryan, Texas, one (1) 1962 Chevrolet 1/2 ton Pickup
- truck for the sum of $1,974.66, and to trade-in the old Studebaker Sedan, such amount
to be paid from funds available to Precinct No. 4, to which the said vehicle is hereby
allocated.
There being no further business, the Court adjourned.
The foregoing minutes, beginning on Page 349, and concluded above, were
