Heater, Powerglide, Washers JSLI Glass for a total of 92,7!4.25, and to trade in the used • 1956 Buick Special 4 Door for $1,104.29, leaving a balance on the purchase price of i $1,650.00, such amount to be paid from the General Fund. t On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to authorise Commissioner Raymond Nolan to secure bide for a new pick-up truck to be used In Precinct No. 1., On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to have a "note of thanks" published in the Bryan Daily lSagls, to the citizens of Brazos County, who aided the Civil Defends in carrying out their program in providing food and shelter for 1~` the persona from the coast who were driven from their homes by Hurricane Carla. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to pay all bills which have been properly filed and approved. Attached is a copy of Minute Order Number 50117 which was passed by the State Highway Commission on September 20, 1961.
