On motion duly a seconded and unanimously adopted, this request was granted. It was brought to the attention of the Court that the County should enter !r into a contract along with the Sgate and Federal Wild Life authorities to hire-a wolf trapper. On Motion duly seconded and unaniomously adopted,%the Court voted to have r County Judge W C. Davis enter into a contract with Mr James E Poore, Assistant District Agent, of the United States Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service, the Agricultural and Mechanical College System of Texas, and the Texas Predatory ' Animal Control Association to hire one trapper at the salary of $375 00 per month. Ehazos County is to pay $200 00 per month as their portion of said trapper's salary. s~ On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to approve; ' the bond of Fred A. Wehrman, as Justice of the Peace of Precinct 3, of Brazos County, ~Y Texas On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously passed, the Court voted to C purchase a duplicating machine to be used in the office of the County Clerk. M., • on Monday, August 15, 1960, and that public advertisement of this hearing be made by publis i lishing the following notice in the Bryan Diily Eagle of Bryan, Texas, once each week for three weeks prior to the public hearing t t J- " NOTICE OF HEARING ON BRAZOS COUNTY Q BUDGETMOR 1961 r t ` Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to action of the " Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, taken on July 11, 1960, open public hearing will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Courtbhuse at Bryan, Texas, at 10 00 a m., f on Monday, August 15, 1960, for consideration of the 1961 budget for Brazos County, submitted to the Court on July 11, 1960, and now remaihing on file in the office of the County Clerk of said County, all in accordance with law Taxpayers and others interested are invited and urged to acquaint themselves wtih the said budget during the time it remains on file with the Clerk before the hearing At the conclusion of the hearing, final action will be taken by the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, for the adoption of the budget for 1961, as finally agreed upon.
