Mr. Wallace Dunlap of Mi111can, Toms, appeared befbre the Court and asked the
Court to appoint him Justice of the Peace of Justice Precinat Number One, for the balance of
the calendar year of 1958. Mr. Dunlap stated that there me, nod of a Justice of the Pesoe
in that product and that since he was nominated in the July primary, it was him feeling
that it would be of a convenience to the community for him to be appointed to the vacancy
now adsting. Whereupon an motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted
to appoint Wallace Dunlap of llillican, Teocas, to serve w Justice of the Peace of Justice
Precinct Number One of Brazes County, Tars, for the balance of the ealower year of 1958,
to fill part of the unexpired tangy of the late A. T. Langford. Mr. Auulap presented his
p~ official bond which was approved by the Court and ordered recorded and thereupon the County
Judge adctiaistered the official oath of office to Mr. Dunlap, and he was officially installed.

It having boom found and declared by the Court that the bid of $314.00 submitted by
we E. Eutzschbach Company of Bryan, Texas, was the lowest and best proposition available, as
motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to accept it and autharlss the
lmstallation of the humidifier and related equipment br a total of $314.00.
On motion day seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to pay all bdll+e
which have been properly filed.
Whereupon the Cosrt adjourned.
