A special meeting of the Commissioners Court was hold in the Commissioners Courtroom in the courthouse at Bryan, Texas, an Tuesday, April 8, 1958, beginnirhg at 9800 o'clock a. a., with the following presents A. S. Ware, County Judge, presiding= Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct No. 11 George Dunn, Comnissioner of Precinct No. 21 Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct No. 31 Newton Burlin, CauLtssioner of Precinct No. 41 and A. B. Syptak, County Cleric. The Court received and approved the report of the Brazos County Health Unit for the month of February, 1958, as presented to the County Judge an March 17, 1958. The Court received and noted the original audit report of Bnazce Com it officials for the maleadar year of 1957, as submitted by County Auditor F. J. Ware, County Judge and the Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas. r ` Gentlemenh I am herewith submitting may offlvial audit report of various county officials of Brazos County, Texas, for the calendar year ended December 31, 1957. I find that all moneys and fees belonging to the county and oollected by its various officials and employees, were properly accounted for and paid over to the County Treasurer as the law requires, and that these Items were properly deposited in the official county depository to the credit of the various county funds. Commissioner Dunn reported to the Court that in response to the request of the State Highway Department for right-of-wsy for the extension of F. M. Highway 2037 from Bdge southwestward to the end of F. M. Highway 2D38 near Tabor, he had secured duly executed tills papers from all of the land owners Involved expept those who required condemnation proceedings.
