amrth of February, 1958, as presented to the County Judge an March 17, 1958. '

` audit report of various county officials of
Brazos County, Texas, for the calendar year
ended December 31, 1957.
I find that all moneys and fees
belonging to the county and collected by its
various officials and employees, were properly
accounted for and paid over to the County
Treasurer as the law requires, end that these
items were properly deposited in the official
county depository to the credit of the varloee
county funds.

Coomdesioner Dunn reported to the Court that in response to the request of the State
Highway Department for right-of-way for the extension of P. M. Highway 2037 from Edge
southwestward to the and of F. Me Highway 2D38 near Tabor, he had secured duly executed title
papers from all of the land owners involved expept those who required condemnation proceedings.
