P. Clary as a Public Weigher in and for Justice Precinct No. 40 of Brazos County, Texas, dated March 4, 1958, and executed by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company by Edna Webb, Attomey-in-Fact, with oath of office executed March 6, 19589 all as authorised by Article 5704 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Teams. The Court received and considered the annual report of the financial condition of the County for the calendar year of 1957, consisting of forty-nine pages and submitted by County Auditor F. J. Vitopil under date of January 27, 1958. On recommendation of County Clerk A. B. Syptak and upon motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court authorised the purchase from the Photostat Corporation, 608 M & M Building, Houston 2, Texas, based upon quotation of February 12, 19580 the following item for use in the office of the County Clerk in connection with official recording, plus approximately $12.00 for transportation to Bryans One Jet Mixer No. 10, which delivers, mixes and pimps chemicals. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$264.00. S. B. Buchman, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, appeared before the Court and stated that the allocation of funds to that office for extra help vas practically exhausted, and the automobile registration period was not nearly over. He requested an additional allocatim of $500.00 for extra help for that office, and an motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to asks this additional allocation of $500.00. Sheriff J. M. Hamilton appeared before the Court and reported that the 1955 Pontiac automobile now in use by his department was begi -in to fail and should be replaced by a aw car while it wan still possible to got a favorable trade-in Allowance.
