Whereupon, based upon the foregoing tabulation of the returns received, the
' Court found and declared that kissers W. W Humphries, Adolph A Kopetsky, Jr , and
Boy Barnes had been elected as the three local trustees for Kurten Consolidated Common
r School District No 10, that Edward k.erka and Tony Fazzino had been elected as the two
it local trustees for Smetana Common School District No 27, that E. 9 Peters had been
elected as a member of the County Board of Education from Comissioner'e Precinct No 2,
and that George B Wilcox had been elected as a member-at-large of the County Board of
Education from the County as a whole, and it was so ordered
Commissioner Burlin requested authorization to purchase for his precinct from
its allocated funds a 1500-Fallon water tank for installation on a truck, from the
Capital Machine Company, of Austin, Texas, at a net price of $430 00, which was the
lowest and beet price he had secured A motion was made, duly seconded, and unanimously
adopted, by which this request was approved and the purchase was authorized
On recornendation of Commissioner Burlin, and upon his report that the vehicle
had not been in usable condition for a long time and could not be restored to activity,
and on motion, duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to dunk the following
described motor vehicle ..ad to cancel the registration and certificate of title by surrender
to the State Highway Department's motor vehicle division at Austin

- Texas License No XB-3686, State Certificate of Title
No 4379471
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to par all
< bills hduich have been properly filed and approved and for which budgeted funds are
available
