Whereupon the Court adjourned
Special Meeting - January 30. 1957.
A special meeting of the Commissioners Court of Brasses County, Texas, was hold
in the office of the County Judge in the courthouse, at Bryan, beginning at 9s00 o'clock ae not
an Wednesday, January 30, 1957, with the following presents
A S Wars, County Judge, presiding,
Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct No. 1,
George Dim, Commissioner of Precinct No 2= and
Newton Burlin, Commissioner of Precinct No 4.
On motion daly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to parahass the
following described item from C. 8 Griesser Electrical Company of Bryan, Taxes, fbr assignaaat
to the Brame County Home Demonstration Agents' quarters in the courthouse plants
One (1) new Modal FD-102-57 Frigidairs combination refrigerator
and freezing unit delivered at net price of $255 11.
It was further ordered that the $255 11 be prorated equally among the four
Cowdesioners' precincts
Whereupon the Court adjourned

The purpose of this special meeting was to receive and consider bids for a now
automobile on a trade-in for the old Mercury car now being operated by the sheriff's department,
all in accordance with action of the Court an January 14, 1957. Whereupon Sheriff Hamilton
appeared before the Court and submitted the following bids end proposals

difference of $1,575.00, with an additional $175 00 to be added far strato-flight Dydraaatia
transmission, ranking a total not cost to the Country of $1,750.00
