A special meeting of the Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Tema, was bald
in the office of the County Judge in the courthouse, at Bryan, beginning at 8:30 o'clock
a. m., on Tuesday, October 2, 1956, with the following present:
A. S. Ware, County Judge, presiding,
Raymond A. Nolan, Commiesioner of Precinct Number if
Clyde J. Porterfield, C-issioner of Precinct Number 3; and
Newton Burlin, Commissioner of Precinct Number 4.
The Court received, verified, aporoved and ordered paid $2,401.38 to Haswell'@.
of Bryan, on contract price for files and accessories for the new Bravos County courthouse-
jail plant, according to attached invoice and Payment Certificate No 4, dated September
270 1956, and approved by Caudill, Rowlett, Scott and Associates, architects and engineers,
