The primary purpose of this grecial meeting was to consider aid pass upon request from the
United States Air Force for the adoption of an air zoning regulation in accordance with Article 46e

-of the Revised Civil Statute of Texas, as amended. After discussion and due consideration of the
matter, the following resolution was unanimously adopted'

of the airport and of occupants of land in its vicinity, within the meaning of

Article 46e of the Revised Civil'Statutee of Texas, known as the "Airport Zoning

be adopted and that a Joint Airport Zoning Board'be created with the authority
