Regular Meeting - December 12. 1955 ,
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County,-Texas, met in regular session in the office of the
County Judge in the Courthouse at Bryan, Texas, beginning at 10300 a. m, on Monday, December 12, 1955,
with the following presents.

the Court voted to offer Messrs. Wehrman and the Srameks compensation !br this right-of-way

On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to offer to the land

The mssabere of the Court discussed in detail the matter of furniture and furnishings for the

new Courthouse-Jail plant and accepted the proposal heretofore extended by Caudill, Rowlett, Scott and
'e Associates, Architects and Engineers, for the designing and drawing of plans and specifications for all

of these items; and upon motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to malts a
supplemental contract with said firm for the purpose of designing all furniture and furnishings and
+rr furnishing detail specifications section by section for these item. with compensation therefor to be
az~ paid on a per hour basis of actual working time
provided that the total cost of this service shall not
exceed $6,000.00.

A thorough examination of all the school warrants and '
checks reveals only that the expenditures of school funds were
proper, and the administration of school affairs were handled in

an economical and businese-like manner.

The books and records in the office are exceptionally

well and neatly kept and are in excellent shape.

December 21, 1955
A special meeting of the Commissioner's Court of Brazos County, Texas, was held in the office
of the County Judge in the courthouse, beginning at 9t00 a. m. on Wednesday, December 21, 1955, with the

Mr. Clean Bellom~y of the firm of Caudill, Rowlett, Scott and Associates, Architects and Engineers
on the Brazos County Courthouse-Jail project, appeared before the Court and presented requested Change
Orders No
4, ,5, and 6, which his firm was recommending to the Court for approval.

After detailed explanation of these items by Mr. Bellamy and discussion by members of the Court,
