Kasch & Sons, Contractors for the new Courthouse-Tail ` project, lor,work performed to that date and bearing the approval of the architects and engineers tti-7+ , according to the original copy attached heretor Y(g ' The mssabere of the Court discussed in detail the matter of furniture and furnishings for the n' new Courthouse-Jail plant and accepted the proposal heretofore extended by Caudill, Rowlett, Scott and 'e Associates, Architects and Engineers, for the designing and drawing of plans and specifications for all ry, of these items; and upon motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to malts a supplemental contract with said firm for the purpose of designing all furniture and furnishings and +rr furnishing detail specifications section by section for these item. with compensation therefor to be az~ paid on a per hour basis of actual working time provided that the total cost of this service shall not exceed $6,000.00. `S The Court received, noted and ordered filed as submitted, a 15-page audit report of the «y Brazos County Common School Systam as admfntstend by County School Superintendent W. S. Ware, County Judge, presiding; 01 Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct No. 1; George Dunn, Commissioner of Precinct No. 2; ' i i Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct No. 31 and Newton Burlin, Commissioner of Precinct No. 4. Mr. Clean Bellom~y of the firm of Caudill, Rowlett, Scott and Associates, Architects and Engineers on the Brazos County Courthouse-Jail project, appeared before the Court and presented requested Change Orders No 4, ,5, and 6, which his firm was recommending to the Court for approval. f •4 After detailed explanation of these items by Mr. Bellamy and discussion by members of the Court, i 'a motion was made, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by which the proposed Change Orders were accepted • t and approved and ordered filed as amendments to the original contract with A. P. Kasch & Sons.
