Association's Annual Convention in Lansing, Michigan, September 11 to 15 inclusive.
Wallace richly deserves this outstanding recognition for the fine work he is doing

in Brazos County. This award is not only an honor to Wallace, it is also an honor

to the County Commissioners Court and to the people of Brazos County.
