This was . t found to be that submitted by Frank,d. Olexey of Bench, Texas, for $250.00 cash. The sale was ; • , accordingly approved for :250.00 cash, and this amount was directed to be placed to the credit of Precinct Number Three Terracing Account. Whereupon the special meeting of the Cocmissioners Court adjourned.
