Porterfield and on "motion duly seconded and unanimously =1~ adopted, the Court voted to sell,'the old badly used Dodge pickup truck, 1950 model, Motor Number T172••9a167, S' Texas Certificate of Title number 8202893, for the highest and beet bid available to the County. This was r { found to be that submitted by Prank,J. Olexey of Benchl$, Texas, for $250.00 cash. The sale was j accordingly approved for 9250.00 cash, and this amount wae,directed to be placed to the credit of Precinct Number Three Terracing Account. a; -'A Whereupon the special meeting of the Commissioners Court adjourned.
