It having been found and declared by the Court that the foregoing proposal-of the
Central Texas Truck and Implement Company, of Bryan, Texas, was the lowest and beet
ji r. t` available, on motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted the Court voted to accept it
! `U and pay the cash difference of $1749.00 out of funds available to Commissioner's Precinct' + ^ +

Brazos County for the year 19559 subscribed the statutory oath as such and then recessed

On recommendation of Commissioner Clyde J. Porterfield and on "motion duly seconded and unanimously
=1~ adopted, the Court voted to sell,'the old badly used Dodge pickup truck, 1950 model, Motor Number T172••9a167,
S' Texas Certificate of Title number 8202893, for the highest and beet bid available to the County. This was r {
found to be that submitted by Prank,J. Olexey of Benchl$, Texas, for $250.00 cash. The sale was
j accordingly approved for 9250.00 cash, and this amount wae,directed to be placed to the credit of
Precinct Number Three Terracing Account. a;
-'A Whereupon the special meeting of the Commissioners Court adjourned.
Sitting as a County Board of Equalization, having heard all taxpayers who appeared upon summons as
well as those who came voluntarily, and having considered all the claims and reasons advanced by them,
and having passed upon all the rolls presented by the Tax Assessor-Colleotorl and having voted to biz ~ = -
Y all the values as shown by the said tulle and foregoing minutes, the Brazos County Board of Equalization,
by vote, certified the said tax rolls to the Tax Assessor-Collector for collection and finally adjourned
