Mrs. Marjorie S. Burikhalter, Tax Assessor-Collector, appeared before the Court and explained .

that her office was now in serious need of one new electric adding machine. On motion duly seconded and
unanimously adopted, Kra. Burkhalter was authorised to secure bids both with or without trade-in
allowances on the new machine which is needed is her office. -

At the reque9t of Commissioner Burlin, the Court voted to authorise him to acquire a right-ef-wy
easement for a drainage ditch from A. B. Syptak for a cash consideration of $300.00 all as more fully
specified in the formal easement of even date herewith, which is being filed for record.
