by the Federal Reserve Board -these payments to begin on or after the effectivd
date of the promulgation of such rules;

inducted into office, there were placed before him unpaid bills incurred by the former commissioner',
amounting to 1994.95, which he had ordered
paid from funds allocated to his Precinct for 1955.
Commiseioner Dunn requested that proper notice be taken by the County Auditor'of this debit against his

"RECIPROCAL RENTAL AGREEMENT • This agreement made this 12th day of February, 1955, by and between the City of
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, represented by the City Manager, party of the first part,
and Precinct No. 4, Brazos County, Texas, represented by the Commissioner, Precinct ty=''~',

WHEREAS, Precinct Humber 4, Brazos County, Tome, -t6 party of the
second part, desires to'enter into a reciprocal equipment rental agree-
went with the'City of Bryan, Texas,-end is ready and willing to supply
to or obtain from the City of Bryan such equipment, when availab]a with
operator; as listed in Schedule A herein included, now
WITNESSETHh That for and in consideration of the prices in Schedule
As a part•of this agreement, the said parties of the first and second
parts agree to rent to the other from time to time and whenever availabIs#
at the request of the other, the equipment described in Schedule A herein.
And said parties of the first and second parts, in consideration for
the use of such equipment belonging to the other, hereby agree themselves
to pay the other for such use at the respective unit prices per hour set
forth in the herein included Schedule A.
Both parties of the first and second parts expressly warrant that
they have employed no third person to solicit or obtain this agreement,
^ or to cause or procure the same to be obtained upon compensation in any
way contingent, in whole or in part, upon such procurement, or in
compensation for services in connection therewith, any brokerage commission-
or percentage upon the amounts receivable by them hereunder; and that all
moneys payable to either party are free from all obligations of any other
person for services rendered, or supposed to have been rendered, in
procurement of this agreement.
