After discussion and upon notion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to accept the foregoing proposal and to trade in the used 1951 Model Pontiac with Motor No. PBUS2214b as above specified and pay the difference of $1150.00 cash for the now 1955 Model 860 Pontiac as above described. Commissioner Burlin presented the following proposal for the purchase of one now 1955 Studebaker truck chassis at a net cost of $2,058.56, after trade-in allowance of $624.53 for the used 1950 model Studebaker truck with Motor No. 4R-3542 with the understanding that this payment shall be from funds available to Precinct No. 4 and that the new truck should be allocated to that precinct of which Newton Burlin is Commissioner: •BRAZOS MOTOR COMPANY Studebaker Bryan, Texas January 14, 1955.
