Gentlemen:
Herewith I present my audit report of Kr. W. D. Bunting, County School Supsrintenden
for the school fiscal year beginning September 1, 1953, and ending August 31, 1954.
I found nothing out of line in the expenditures of school funds, and the adminis-
tration of school affairs were handled in an economical and business-like manner
.
The books and records in the office are exceptionally well and neatly kept and are

At MO a.m., on Saturday, January 41955, in the office of the county judge of Brazos
County, Texas, came A. S. Ware, heretofore elected to the office of County Judge of Brazos County, ,
' Texas, for a four-year term beginning January 1, 1955, and ending December 31, 1958, upon first
having had the statutory oath of office administered to him by Victoria D. Bishop, a Notary public
in and for Brazos County, Texas, then administered the official oath of office to A. B. Syptak,
: heretofore duly elected to the office of County Clerk of Brazos County, Tema, for a four-year '
term beginning January 1, 19559 and ending December 31, 1958; and then the statutory oath of
I1 _ office to the four men who had theretofore been duly elected as County Commissioners of Brazos
j° County, Texas, for two and tour-year terms as followas
Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct No. 1, for the two-year term beginning
January 1, 1955, and ending December 31, 1956;
George Dunn, Commissioner of Precinct No. 2, for the far-year term beginning
January 1, 1955, and ending December 31, 1958;
Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct No- 3, for the two-year term
beginning January 1, 1955, and ending December 31, 1956;
Newton Burlin, Commissioner of Precinct No. 4, for the four-year'teim beginning
January 1, 1955, and ending December 31, 1958;
Whereupon the Commissioners' Court, as thus constituted, proceeded to examine and approve
the official bonds of County Judge A. S. Ware and County Clark A. B. Syptak each in the amount of

Thereafter, County Judge A. S. Ware administered the statutory oaths of office and he and
