After discussion and negotiation with Mr. H. W. Moshlman of Bryan, the Court arranged for

the rental of his building at the corner of North Washington Avenue and 25th Street, in the City of
Bryan, for use by county offices during the period of construction of the new courthouse for Brazos
County.

k. Upon motion duly, seconded, and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to authorize the County Judge

he attached contract with Mr. Moehlmen for the rental of this building at $300.00 per month
