Judge Ware and Commissioners Nolan, Conrad and Porterfield, with Commissioner Burlin voting uProsent•.
Whereupon Messrs. Jesse A. Wilson, Vaughn Robert Wilson and Albert Payne in open court declined
the otter and stated that they would not accept it.
Whereupon a motion was made, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by which the Court rescinded
its notion in adopting the foregoing motion and ordered that it be no longer of effect
