THENCE North 45 degrees East along the fence line at said county road for a distance
of approximately 109-4/10 feet crossing the proposed farm highway centerline at
54-7/10 feet at Highway Station 229 ~ 73 to a point 40 feet from the proposed highway
centerline at right angles thereto;
THENCE South 88 degrees nine minutes along a line 40 feet from and parallel to the
proposed highway center line for a distance of approximately 204-3/10 feet to a point
40 feet from at right angleS thereto, to Highway Station 227 f 31.4, same being at
the beginning of a 3-degree curve to the right;
THENCE in an easterly direction along the arc of said 3-degree curve to the right
on a line 40 feet from the proposed highway centerline for a distance of approximately
934 feet to a point in the fence line along said centerline at right angles thereto,
at Highway Station 218 ~ 15;
THENCE in a southeasterly direction along the fence line on the southwest side of said,
county road from U. S. Highway 190 to Edge for a distance of approximately 1936 feet
• to PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing two and forty-five one hundredths (2-45/100)
some of land more or leas.
Came to be considered the matter of allocation to the several precincts for permanent road con-
struction of the $22,000.00 now available in the Brazos County Farm-to-Market Road Fund. After dis-
cussion and upon motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to allocate this
$22,000.00 by amounts and percentages as follower

The purpose of this meeting was to hold a conference with Messrs. Jesse A. Wilson, Vaughn Robert
Wilson and Albert Payne, of the Edge Community, with reference to rightrof-W required for the con.
etavctian of State Palm-t*4(arkst Highway No. 2037 along the route of the Was Cutoff County Road, ow-
damnation proceedings having bean heretofore authorised therefor. Present at the conference were Messrs.
Jesse A. Wilson, Vaughn Robert Wilson, Albert Payne and Author Corgey of the Edge Community and County
Attorney Davis Grant. After extended discussion, Commissioner Porterfield moved that the county pay
the parties $100.00 per acre for the required right-of-way as full compensation, as follower
Jesse A. Wilson and Vaughn Robert Wilson,
for 4.642 acres at $100.00 per acre. . . . . . . . . .$464.20
Albert Payne, for 2.45 acres at $100.00
per acre . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 245.00
Co mmissionar Nolan seconded the motion and it was adopted by the affirmative votes of County
Judge Ware and Commissioners Nolan, Conrad and Porterfield, with Commissioner Burlin voting ePreeaute.
Whereupon Messrs. Jesse A. Wilson, Vaughn Robert Wilson and Albert Payne in open court declined
the offer and stated that they would not accept it.
Whereupon a motion was made, duly seconded and unanimously adopted by which the Court rescinded
its action in adopting the foregoing motion and ordered that it be no longer of effect.
