H. Astin of Bryan, Texas, an agent for his daughter, Mrs. Onah Astin Barwise, for the rental of the ' first floor, basement and vault space in the L. H. Aetin Building at 26th and Main Streets in Bryan, Texas, formerly occupied by the City National Bank of Bryan, to be used for county office, , purposes during the construction of the proposed new courthouse; said rental to begin on January 1, 1954, and to be for a period of not to exceed two years or until the new courthouse is ready for , occupancy; with the provision, however, that this contract may be cancelled by Brazoe Courtly upon completion of the new courthouse or upon ninety days written notice in anticipation of such com- :IoZ pletion date. Accordingly, on motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to accept the said proposal and to purchase the new 1953 Mer- cury car for a net cash difference of 1565.00 after allowing the specified trade-in for the 1953 used Plymouth.
