County Budge laid before the Court a ccatmunication of October 5, 1953, from Mr. W. B. Dryddn, lip
Brazos County Office Manager of the Production and Marketing Administration of the United States Depart-
cent of Agriculture, transmitting a revised Form ACP-230 for execution on behalf of Brazos County. On
motion dully seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court authorized the County Judge to execute the con- Y
tract in duplioatg returning both copies forapproval by the local PMA office after which a signed copy
is to be returned to the Court for record and observance. t
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to pay all bills which have been ,
properly filed and approved and for which budgeted funds are available.
Whereupon the Court adjourned.
