Judge at the Courthouse beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 6, 1953, with the following

the acquisition of 7-3/4 scree of land required by the State of Tema for right-ot-way fora
- the extension of State FM Highway No. 1179 from Steep Hollow to Reliance. Mr. Cargill appeared
before the Court and after an extended discussion a motion was made by Commisaloaer Porterfield
and seconded b0 Commissioner Burlin to compensate Mr. Cargill for the required 7-3/4 acres
of land at $100.00 per acre or a total of $775.00 for the separate tract of that acreage -
required out of the A. MclALL
ghlia Survey, Abstract No. 157, and the w. C. Boyles Survey,
