Vitopil, s Notary Public in and for Brazos County, Texas, then administered the official oath of office toA. B. Syptak, At heretofore duly elected to the office of County Clerk of BrazosCounty, Texas, and then the statutory oath r -of office to the four citizens who had theretofore been duly elected as County Commissioners of Brazos County, Texas, as follows, Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct No. 1; e Reuben F. Conrad, Commissioner of Precinct No. 2; Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct No. 3; x Newton Burlin, Commissioner of Precinct No. 4. v • Whereupon the Commissioners' Court, as thus constituted, proceeded to ormulne and approve the ~afficial bonds of County Judge A. S. Ware and County Clerk A. Be Syptak, each for the sum of $5,000.00, conditioned as required by law. Thereafter County Judge A. S. Ware administered the statutory oaths of office, and he and the Commissioners' Court proceeded to examine and approve the bonds of the County Commissioners and the other, County and Precinct of floors who were then sworn in and entered upon their offfalal'duties, as follows, Norton R.Burkhalter, Tax Assessor-Collaator; , Andrew Davis Grant, County Attorney; F. Upon formal written request of Sheriff J. W. Hamilton, the County Judge approved and ordered filed the following deputations, and he then administered the official oathsto the individuals named, as folloiear Billy D.
