In conformity with the action of the Court on November 13, 1952, eight of the eleven: members

of the Citizens' Advisory Committee met with the Court at 10:30 a.m., fbr the purpose of advising and
counseling with the Court in c6nnectioq with the project of a new Courthouse-pall building fbr Brazos
'
County. The eight citizens meeting with the Court were as follows:

Committee agreed to,hold their next meeting at 7+00 pem.,,on Friday, January 9,'1953,'amd for convenimae
it 1916 decided to hold this session in the Cmferance Room of the'Bryan Chamber of Commerce, in the
Varisco Building. The Chairmen end members of the Citizens' Committee requested the members of the
Commissioners' Court to moat with them on the occasion of their next meeting.
Whereupon the Court adjourned.
