On notion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to authorize Tax Assessor- collector 1. N. Weedon to purchase three electric office fans for use in his office at not to exceed e $30.00 each. The Court received, noted, and approved the payment of the bill submitted by R. S. Ware, County judge, presiding; Baymoid A. Nolan, Commissioner, Precinct No. 1; Reuben Fe Conrad, Conmiasioner, Precinct No. 21 Newton Burlin, Commissioner, Precinct No. 4; and A. B. Syptak, County Clark. County Judge A. S. Ware submitted a proposed budget for the County far the fiscal (calendar) year of 1953, carrying total proposed expenditures and reserves of $496,300.00, with a recom- mended tax rate of 80# per $100.00 valuation. This budget and its various schedules were disouesed,in ,f. 'Ji detail alter which Commissioner Burlin moved that the budget be accepted as proposed, and Commissioner Nolan seconded this motion. This motion was unanimously adopted.
