Lott of Navasota, Grime County, Taxes, for a full and oomplets release and discharge , i from any and all liability for fencing and otherwise enclosing highway right-of-wsy on Brazos County land jq acquired from him for State Highway by Deed dated July 13, 1946, and duly recorded in Volume 125, page 158, of the Brazos County Deed Records, and also-the additional land for the same State Highway subsequaotl "r y3~ acquired by condemnatlont said cash consideration being the estimated actual cost of the ocnetsuction of h, the fencing which Brazos County had heretofore contracted to erect.
