Ameler, Jr., Assistant Country Agricultural Agent, for April, 1952; • .w Piaily Ritter, County Home Demonstration Agent, for April, 1952. , Upon the recommendation of the County Judge and upon motion duly seconded and adopted with the approval of all members, it was voted to pay from the County Farm-to-Market Road Fund the sum of $165.00 to the Executive Committee for the Defense of the Crimes County lawsuit attacking the validity of Section 1-A of Article 8, of the Constitution of Texas, as is now pending in Cause No. 18,666 on the ® } © docket of the District Court of Crimes County, Texas; and at the same time authorized Brazos County io ` actively participate in this litigation as a party defendant. The Court organised as a Board of Equalization of Brazos County, and each of the (members' took the required statutory oath and as a County Board of Equalization recessed until nine o'clock a. m•-' on' Wednesday, Nay 14, 1952.' ; (In motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to pay all'bills which dad ~~qq 'bean properly filed and approved and for which budgeted funds are available.
