At the request of Commissioner Burlin, the Court voted to accept the bid of $700:00 cash
made by V. V. Bryant, of Navasota, Texas, for the 1950 shop-built two-rowel trailer, heretofore carrying
Texas (Btempt) License No. EC 6048, with the understanding that this Is the highest and best bid for the
old used and unserviceable shop-built trailer in its present condition, and that the purchaser•rill remove
it from the premises of the Brews County Shope within live days after payment of the purchase price of
5700.00, which is to be credited to Precinct go. 4.
On motion duly seconded and uoanimouely adopted, the Court noted to pay all bills which have
been properly tiled and approved and for which budgeted funds are available.
Whereupon the Court adjourned.
