The Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Testae, met in special session in the office of the
County Judge at the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, at tm o'clock a. m. on Saturday, March

Reuben F. Conrad, Cam' sioner, Precinct No. 2;
Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner, Precinct No. 31 and
Newton Burling Cosemissioner, Precinct No. 4.
Comniaaioner Porterfield introduced a resolution and moved Its adoption and second was made by

Nor, lMB M, BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DBCRZED by the Camoisatoners Court of ,
Brazos County, Texas, that the County Treasurer be and she is hereby authorised and directed
to give notice in writing to the First National Bank of Bryan, at Bryan, Texas, and the State
Treasurer of Te=as at Austin, Texas, at least 30 days prior to May 1, 1952, the date fixed fbr
redemption in the option retained at issuance, that the following described outstanding bonds sire '
called for payment on May 1, 19520 at the First National Bank of Bryan, at Bryan, Texas, or at the
office of the Texas State Treasurer at Austin, Texas, at the option of the holder or holders; and that
said Brasov County Treasurer shall cause such notice to be published in The Texas Bond Reporter, 'a fi-
nancial journal published in Dallas in the State of Texas, one time at least 30 days prior to Key 1,
1952, which is the date specified in the option for the redemption of said bonds, and all of the bonds
hereby called for redemption which are not presented an said date shall cease to bear interest from
and after the date so fixed for their redemption. The bonds hereby called for redemption and which
shall be described in said notice are as followers
=120000.00 in Brazos County Road and Bridge Refunding Bonds, Series of 1944, dated May 1,
1944, Numbered 51 to 62, both numbers inclusive, in denominations of jI,OW.00 each, bear=
ing interest from date at the rate of two per cant per annum, the first ebc of said bonds
maturing on May 1, 1953, and the last six of-said bonds maturing oa May 1, 1954, the said
12 bonds being the remaining part of a total !sous in the original amount of $62,000.00.

Whereupon the Court approved and prescribed the following as the Notice of Call to be issued and
officially published in the Texas Bond Reporter at Dallas, Tess, and to be otherwise transmitted to the
proper officials and holders of said bonds,
NOTICE OF CALL
Notice is hereby given to the holder or holders of bonds of Brazos County, Tema,
that Brazos County has exercised the option retained in the next-to-last paragraph of
each of the said bonds to call for payment and redeem the following described outstanding
securities s
$12,000.00 in Brazos County Road and Bridge Refunding Bonds, Series of 1944, dated
May 1, 1944, Numbered 51 to 62, both numbers inclusive, in denominations of $19000.00
each, bearing interest from date at the rate of two per cent per annum, the first sii
of said bonds maturing on May 1, 1953, and the last six of said bonds maturing on
May 1, 1954, the said 12 bonds being the remaining part of a total issue in the
original amount of $62,000.00.
All of the above described outstanding bonds are called for payment on May 1, 19520
at the First National Bank of Bryan, at Bryan, Texas, or at the office of the Texas State
Treasurer at Austin, Texas, at the option of the holder or holders. Any of said bonds not
presented for payment on said date shall cease to bear interest from and after the date
fixed for their redemption as provided in said option.
HEREBY ORDERED by the Brazos County Commissioners Court this 22d day of March, A. D:
1952.
