On motion duly,seocinded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to let the contract to R. B.
Butler, Inc., of Bryan,. Texas, on the Dada of cost plus 15 percent up to a maximum total of $29000900
for all labor and materials required for the four items of immediate repair to the Brazos County. CCourt-
house, as recommended by W. E. Simpson, structural engineer, in his report of November 591951, and also
' 1br the repair and replacement of the sheet metal work on the tower of the Courthouse.'
The County Judge laid before the Court the following conru ications to and from the Rural
Electric Division of the City of Bryan, by Donald S. Foster, Superintendents

is to be reconstructed as State Farm-to-Market Highway No. 1687.
We would like also to have you supply you best estimate of the cost of the removal and
relocation of these poles.
