S, Mare, County Judge, presiding; a Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner, Precinct No. 1; Ruben F. Conrad, Commissioner, Precinct No. 2; and Newton Bmrlin, Commissioner, Precinct No. 4. Extension Service District Agent Silver Whiteett and Brazos County Agricultural Agent W. M. # 63zbrough appeared before the Court and introduced Mr. Lone P. Ameler, Jr., a recent graduate of the A. & M. College of Texas in agriculture and the courses designed for prospective County Agents. These 1 gentlemen informed the Commissionmore Court that Mr. Amsler had been selected and nominated ly the Ex. tension Service to be the Assistant County Agent for Brazos County as provided for in the 1952 budget, for ' 5 ti r - ' which the County had set up =1800.00 as its part of this salary. After a detailed discussion of the situ- ation and interview with Mr. Amsler, a motion was made, seconded, and unanimously adapted, by which the • r 1 c } Court accepted the recommendation of the Extension Service and approved the selection of Mr. Amaler as Assistant County Agent of Brazos County, effective from and after January 24, 1952. . y There came on to be considered the request of Commissioner Raymond A.
