In view of the fact 'that Brazos County stands to receive rather substantial financial benefit by the operation of the said Constitutional Amendment, on motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to officially oppose the Grimes County case and to authorise the County Judge to represent Brazos County in whatever capacity may be necessary to this and. And it was further voted, by motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, to authorise the payment from the' General Fund of not to exceed $25.00 as Brazos County's contribution to the legal fee to be paid to the firm of Houston attorneys retained by the. Taus counties 1hich aft formally participating in the opposition to the Grimes County lawsuit.
