Judge at the Courthouse in Bryan, in special session at ten o'clock a.•m* on Monday, November 19, 19510 with the following members presents A. S. Ware, County Judge, presiding; Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner, Precinct No. l; Reuben F. Conrad, Commiasioner, Precinct No. 2; Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner, Precinct No. 3; and Newton Burlin, Commissioner, Precinct No. 4. The Court received and heard Mr. W. W. Humphries and other citisene eosmtituting a delegation from the Reliance community with reference to the route to be followed by the State H4way Commission for the construction of the farm-to-market road leading from the Reliance Church to an intersection with Faam- to-Market Highway No. 1179 at Steep Hollow., The members of the Court agreed to confer with District Highway Engineer John E. Blair with reference to any deviation of this route from the presently con- stituted county road. Came on to be considered bide for the purchase of the used county read machinery and equipment offered for sale in connection with the advertisements authorised by the Court at its meeting on November 126 1951.
