Covington, County Treasurer, from the General Fund in the amount of $23.26 for expenses incurred by her in r, r,4 attending the Annual Convention of the County Treasurers Association of Texas, in Austin on September 21- 22-23, 1951•} , Mr. J. Presral might be board along with any other interested persons. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to have the County Judge soploy' a competent mechanical engineer for the purpose of inspecting the Brasos County Courthouse and passing upon its safety. ; AL the request of Commiealoner Burlin and upon motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court authorised the County Auditor to ask for cash bids to be received and considered at the next regular meeting of the Court for the sale by the County of the tbllowing used equipment now assigned to Precinct No. 4, with the understanding that the proceeds from such sales, if made, shall be allocated to Precinct No. 4 for the purchase of gravel trucks or other equipment as may be nsededs One used TD-18 International Tractor, Serial No. TD-H2J"2T7C8, 87 drawbar horsepower, equipped with 12 foot Bucyrua-brie angle dose; used alighUy more than one year and in first-class working condition; L One 202 Galion motor grader, Serial No. MM 29, used three years, but in first-class condition. ~ This notice for bids will be printed cos time in each the Bryan Daily Eagle and the Bryan Dally News and , statements sent to all known dealers and parties interested. , On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to pay all bills %bloh hove been properly filed and approved and for which budgeted funds are available.
