P F The purpose of this meeting was to hear Constable Virgil Estill of Justice Precinct No. 4, Brazos County,'Teime, who appeared before the Court and stated that he wished to lease to the County his personally owned a,w 60- att. Beeeral Electric two-wsy police style radio which is now installed in his personally owned automobile, fora consideration of $1.00 per annum, with the understanding that Brazos County would be out no other expense because of such radio equipment.
