On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it was voted by the Court to allocate to
Precinct No. 1, of which Raymond A. Nolan is Commissioner, one of the Dodge pick-ups and,the long-+lsFsl
bass Ford truck, and to allocate to Precinct No. 2, of which Mr. will'- A. Conrad is Commissioner, the
other J-ton Dodge pickup and the short-wheel-base truck above specified.
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to ask County Auditor F. J.
Vitopil to secure bide for one new two-ton standard truck, to be receivsd,up to tan o'clock a. O. cR
Monday, January S. 1951, in accordance with the following notices
NOTICE
The Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas, will receive bide,up to tan o'clock
a* ms on Monday, January 8, 1951, when they will be publicly opened and considered, for
the followings
One (1) new 1950 or 1951 model two (2) ton truck chassis with cab, long-wheal-bass
(154-162'inches), equipped with twb-speed rear axle and 825 x 20 tan-ply tires an
rear dual wheels and 750 x 20 eight-ply tires on front wheels.
Prices on said vehicle should be for cash upon delivery and alternately for
cash difference and trade-in allowance on the following described used sgiipment which
may be inspected at the Brazos County Shope near Bryans'
One 1949 Studebaker two-ton truck, Motor No. 3R-16977.
All prices should be quoted for delivery at the Brazos County Shops near Bryan,
Taxes, and dates of delivery must be specified.
Bide should be plainly marked and addressed to the undersigned at Bryan, Texas.
The Commissioners Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids.'
