If the Agreement is satisfactory to you and has beam approved on the part of Brazos
County, please forward all three copies to this office for our further handling. It the
agreement is not satisfactory, return all three copies to thia''office along with your comments
for return-to the Railway Company l or revision. After completion, one fully approved copy will
be returned to Brazos County and photostatic copies will be sent you.

In accordance with the foregoing request, the Court adopted the following orders
"At a regilar mooting of the Commissionersw Court of Brazos County, Texas, held on the
13th day of November, 1950, upon motion of Commissioner Raymond A. Nolen, made in open,
court, seconded by Commissioner Clyde J. Porterfield, and unanimously carried, it is
ordered by the Court that A. S. Wars, County Judge, be authorized and empowered to execute
for the County an agreement with Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Company and The State
of Texas, pertaining to the construction and maintenance of a public road on a certain port-
ion of the property of saidRailray Company, at or near Allenfanm, Brazos County, Texas, as
per copy reoorded•at the toot of this order.•
The Court received and noted a copy of the audit report of the Brazos County Common school
system as submitted by County Auditor F. J. Vitopil, as shown by the following official communications

Brazos County, Texas.
Oentlemens
Herewith I {resent q audit report of Mr. W.' D. Bunting, County School Superintendent,
covering the school fiscal year ending August 31, 1950, which consists of a series of state
ments of receipts, disbursements and balances in the various school funds.
An examination of this report will reveal any financial information desired, as it is
compiled in a simple and understandable manner.
In my opinion, the financial and material condition of the county school or tam is being
continuously improved and is being administered in an economical and businesslike manner.
The records in the office are in an excellent shape and are very neatly kept.

Cams on to be heard and considered the natter of the canvass of official returns of the;'
General Election held in Braves County on Tuesday, November 7; 1950. Whereupon these returns were
carefully s-ined, compared and verified, after which they were canvassed and ordered recorded in the
official volume of election returns of Brazos County.
On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it was voted to pay all bills which have bees
properly filed and approved and for which budgeted funds are available.
Whereupon, Court adjourned.
