The gas shall be measured at a single motor location. Bills will be rendered at both gross ~w and net rates. Net rates shall apply to bills paid within ten (10) days from monthly billing date, otherwise, gross rates shall apply. Bills for customers which are connected for service for twenty (2O) or core days of any monthly s billing period shall be computed at the rate stated for full monthly service in the same manner as It the customer was connected for the full month. In computing bills for customers connected 19 days or less of any monthly billing period, the quantities of gas in each block of the rate shall be re- duced to 1/3 of its regular size (to the nearest hundred cubic feet) and the not bill for the first ,F block reduced to 1/3 of the stated amount; except that in Rates 1-A and 2-A, the reduction of both the quantity of gas and the bill in the first block shall be 1/2.
