That, he will acquaint himself with the regulations and instructions issued by the State and County PMA Committees for the furnishing of materials and services under purchase orders and he will act - only in conformity therewith. 2. That he will furnish under purchase orders only materials and services rhich most the spec- ifications set out on such purchase orders, and that he will comply with all Federal and State laws gov- 'erning the sale and distribution of the material or service so furnished pursuant to such purchase orders. 3. That he will not permit or contribute to the substitution of any other material or ` service in lieu of that specified on ouch purchase order. 4. That in the delivery of materials and services authorised an a purchase order'hb will not deliver material of an inferior quality or deliver less than authorised thereon and claim payment for the greater quantity or quality authorised t9 be furnished on such purchase order. It is understood that the vendor may deliver a lesser quantity then authorised provided the purchase order is corrected to show the actual quantity delivered and that payment is claimed only for the quantity actually delivered. ; S. The Court received and heard the *49t from the Public Health Committee of the Bryan Chamber f r of Commerce as presented by its Chairman, Mr. Rowland Persons, and other members of the committee, by A! k•! which the'County was asked to either finance completely or contribute to the cost of building public rest and comfort rooms at a oentral location in the City of Bryan. Mr. Persons presented an architect's sketches of such proposed facilities and reported that the architect had estimated that cost thereof to cx • range from eight to twelve thousand dollars.
