WHEREAS, on the 6th day of June, 1950, there was presented to the County Judge of Brazos County,
Texas, a petition signed by more than twenty (20) of the duly qualified resident electors of Brazos County
Common School District No. 12 (Tabor) of said County, who own taxable property within said District and who
had duly rendered the same for taxation, praying that an election be ordered to determine whether or not the
bonds of said District should be issued in the principal sum of Fifty Thousand (=50,000.00) Dollars upon the
terms and for the purpoaes hereinafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of said petition, said County Judge entered his order on said
last named date, calling an election to be held in and throughout Brazos County Cosmon School District No.
12 (Tabor) on the 17th day of June, 195D; and
WHEREAS, notice of said election was given by posting notices of such election in the manner for
for the time required by law; and
WHEREAS, said election was duly and legally held in strict compliance with the provision of law
relating thereto, and returns of said election were duly made to, and were canvassed by, this Court by
order duly entered on the 26th day of June, 1950, wherein it was found and declared that-the results of
said election to be favorable to the issuance of said bade and the levy of taxes in payment; and
WHEREAS, this Court has examined into and investigated the legality of the proceedings of said .
election and rinds that same was duly and legally called and hold; that the notice required by law was duly
and legally given, and that said election was conducted in strict conformity with all the requirements of
law; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper that said bonds now be authorized and issued; Therefore

That said bonds shall bear interest as follows: Bonds Nos. One (1) to Ten (10), both
inclusive, at the rate of Two and one-half (2-1/2%) per oat per annum, and Bonds Nos. Eleven (11) to
i Fifty (50), both inclusive, at the rate of three (3x) per oast per annum, interest payable March 1, 1951,
and semi-annually thereafter on September lot and March let of each year until firaily paid. Both prin-
oipal and interest shall be payable in' lawful money of the United States of America at the Office of the
State Treasurer of Texas, Austin, Texas, upon presentation and surrender of the bonds as they severally

The sale of said bonds-to Rowlel, Winston & Co., Houston, Texas, at a price equal to the
'principal amount plus accrued interest thereon from the date of slid bonds to the date-of actual delivery,
subject to the unqualified approving opinion as to legality by the Attorney General of Texas; and market
