On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it was voted that the new truck thus purchased be allocated to Precinct 110. 4, with Mr. Newton Burlin as Commissioner. • On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to pay all bills whit have been • properly filed and approved and for which bud gated funds are available. ' on Monday, June 19, 1950, at the office of the County Judge at the Courthouse, with the following members presents A. S. Ware,; County Judge, presiding; William A. Pate Clerk Upon duly canvassing the returns of the election referred to in the foreping certificate, it was found and declared that at said election a total of 34 votes were cast and that out of this total Peopoe-Ition No. 1 was approved by a vote of 33 for, and one against, making a majority in favor of the proposition of issuing the bonds and levying of the tax in payment thereof, of 32 votes; and that on Propoeitiori'No; 2, a total of 34 votes were cast, of which 33 were for the school maintenance tax, and one was against, or a majority of 32 votes in favor of the school maintenance tax. WHEREUPON it was found and declared that the foreping results be officially recorded and t8at the taxes thereby authorised be levied and collected; that said bonds be issued and all necessary orders and Sudgaents be entered. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, the Court voted to authorize the County Clerk to record the revised plat and dedication of CHATHAM NORTHVI W SUBDIVISION, comprising 58 acres of lard in the S, F. Austin Survey, Abstract No. 63, in Brazos County, Texas, as submitted by R. X.Chathem, W. M. Chatham and T. B. Chatham under date of June 16, 1950, and which is in revision and correction of plat and dedication heretofore recorded in Volume 139, page 45, of the Brazos County Deed Records, to which reference is here made for all purposes; with the distinct stipulation, however, that Brazos County shall not thereby become `liable for the construction or maintenance of any streets or roads. The proposed track crossing will conform with the present grade of Pinfeather Road, and wooden guard rails will be constructed each side of rails. As authority for crossing this road is provided for under Article 6320 of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas (1925), work is expected to begin about July let. Our forces will cooperate with you in every wqy possible in order to minimise any delay to vehicular traffic, as it mW be necessary to close this road for a short period of time during construction of the track.
