WHMWJPON the members of the Court proceeded by ballot to appoint a Justice of the Peace for

Precinct No. 4 of Brazos County, Texas, to fill out the unexpired term of the late Judge S. M. Dodson
i
which will and on December 31, 1950. The result of the balloting was to select Mr. H. L. Graham of Bryan,
and he was thereupon appointed to fill out the unexpired term ending on December 31, 1950, as Justice of the
'
Peace, Precinct No. 4, Brazos County, Taxes, at Bryan, Texas. Mr. Graham was called before the Court and
accepted the appointment and stated that he would present hie official bond and begin hie duties immedLately.
WHEREUPON the Court adjourned.
